Me and a friend of mine doodle in every class! I doodle on my notebook and she doodles on a sketchbook she has. If I don't doodle, I feel tired and extremely bored. And if I'm bored, I start travelling in my own world of thoughts, heh. And my teachers always tell me to stop doodling in class. It annoys them, but five minutes later, I start doodling again. I'm not disrespectful, I just can't help it. Doodling in class is just too tempting. And this friend of mine sure understands me.
My math teacher allowed me to doodle in class~ She was so nice. Since I have ADHD I need to have something else to do in order to pay attention in class (I know, I'm weird). But my math teacher understood and allowed me.
Drawing actually helps me remember the material I was studying during the time I was drawing it. And it helps me focus more on reading long, dull walls of text because now there are pretty pictures on it!!!
I doodle in class...ALOT! in my note books, note book paper, etc. and at points while i draw people look at my paper while i draw ( which i HAATTEEE IITT when people do that >.< ) its annoying when people do that, and I draw mostly in French and Math/Science. yep ._.
I always draw in class, but it's when everyone else is working .3. Too many people turn around or look at me and ask things like "Why is that like that?", "Why is she bald?", "Why is she naked?", or they critize me. Things like "That's out of proportion" or "One eye is bigger than the other!" PEOPLE. It's called a three-quarter view. And for the record, you can critize me only if you've been drawing longer than me. Don't critize my art when you can barely even draw a flippin' stick man .-.
I used paint in all my free time in computer class and now the teacher banned me from using it because I needed to spend my free time doing something creative.... That was what confused me. Art is creative... Then I found out by creative she meant working on things due in other classes. I was about to say 'this is stupid' but didn't.
